Šeříky -The Hulda Klager Lilac Gardens
This past Mother's Day, I had the pleasure of visiting the Hulda Klager Lilac Gardens in Woodland, Washington — and what a treat it was. The grounds are a living tapestry of towering old trees and winding paths, bursting with lush rhododendrons, fiery azaleas, and, crowning it all, the heady, intoxicating fragrance of lilacs in full bloom. This cherished National Historic Site is made all the more enchanting by a beautifully preserved 1800s farmhouse and its charming outbuildings, transporting visitors to another era entirely. It all inspired me to see the world a little more beautifully. The gardens are located at 115 South Pekin Road Woodland, Washington 98674 .
